About the Course
This is a practical course for the FCCM exam. It gives you a deep working understanding of the FIDIC Red, Yellow, and Silver Books, in both the 1999 and 2017 editions. It follows the whole life of a contract: project initiation, pre-construction, execution of the works, quality, communications, financial control, claims and dispute resolution, and close-out. Along the way, it explains what each clause says, how it works on a real project, and where the three books and the two editions differ.
